If you want a marketing agency that does exactly what it's told, this might not be the place to look. Don't let that worry you; there are plenty of agencies around who'll listen carefully to your brief and faithfully feed your ideas back to you. You wouldn't want to deal with us – we'll only keep coming up with ideas and opinions.

Of course, if you don't mind taking the risk, a brainstorming session among the Toads could produce ideas that will leave us all gasping. If you're up for it we can put our heads together and find what's needed to give your business the boost you're looking for. Sometimes that means doing something startling, but to be honest, what comes up is usually common sense distilled out of what you know about your business and what we know about what makes customers tick. One thing we can say for certain: it'll be an interesting session.

Our multimedia system for Sunterra has gone live to its first audiences and feedback is strongly positive.

Sunterra has a huge inventory of superb resorts throughout the world and its carefully crafted points ownership system makes it possible for holiday enthusiasts to experience genuine luxury destinations.

Our sales presentation suite allows remote updating and monitoring of Sunterra's sales outlets worldwide.


A long overdue facelift

Marketing companies websites are like cobblers shoes. There's never time to do for ourselves what we do all the time for our clients. So our new look Website has been a long time coming. We're also taking something of a risk by including a new stuff section. The last time we did this, we were still reporting the millennium in 2002. Note to clients: we'll shout at you if you make the same mistakes as we do.


Sunterra shortlisted for ARDA award

We've just learned that our Multimedia production for Sunterra has been nominated and shortlisted for a ARDA award, the BAFTA of the timeshare industry. Fingers are crossed...


Domestic & General presents...

Our new presentation system for Domestic & General has gone into initial use for the sales force of the UK's largest extended warranty organisation.

We're still working on this and their new sales training programme, but we believe in developing products so that clients can gain benefit well before the scheduled completion date.

Feedback shows it's easy to use, natural to present, and that audiences are well impressed.

Still plenty of room for improvement then...

After months of living out of boxes, suitcases and the occasional pizza box, the Toads have finally moved to their new pond. We have now moved back to our spiritual home of Stafford and we can once again sample the delights that this town has to offer, (KFC, Halfords and a small duck called Colin).

As of Monday the 4th of December our new address is Toad Marketing Group, 17 Hanover Street, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 1HD. All correspondance needs to be sent to this address from now on, (unless it's bills or threats). Our new phone number is our old number, (if that makes sense) 01782 338145.
There's only one way of understanding what makes the Toad tick: it involves talking to us (but don't let that put you off).
